Bach, Buxtehude and Martini - Atlanta New South Festival Singers

Founder & Interim Conductor Dr. William Baker leads The New South Festival Singers & Chamber Orchestra in the annual Andrew Cain Memorial Masterworks Concert. The chorus and orchestra will be joined by Choral Intern Sydney Sewell, Soprano Victoria Sofia Botero and Bass Andrew Phillip Schmidt. The program includes Giovanni Martini: DOMINE, AD ADJUVANDUM ME FESTINA; Dietrich Buxtehude: JESU, MEINE FREUDE; and Johann Sebastian Bach: Cantata No. 56 ICH WILL DEN KREUZSTAB GERNE TRAGEN, and Cantata No. 4: CHRIST LAG IN TODESBANDEN.

Seating will be limited due to Covid-19 restrictions. Masks and social distancing will be required. The New South Festival Singers and the Choral Foundation are certified through the Missouri Council for the Arts ArtSafe Certification Program.
