Not a performance… yet! This is a week of training with NYC based directors and choreographers with the Disney Theatrical Group to launch the Kansas City Disney Musicals in Schools program through Starlight Theatre. Disney Musicals in Schools ignites a passion for storytelling by building sustainable theater programs in public elementary schools. Pairing teaching artists with public elementary schools, providing free performance materials and professional development to participating schools, Disney Musicals in Schools has helped launch new and sustainable theater programs across the United States and UK, inspiring the next generation of storytellers, artists and audiences.
